12.2 Troubleshooting the Bluetooth Connection

The Sunny 
WebBox does not 
display any 
Bluetooth devices.
An incorrect NetID is set.
• Set the NetID of the PV plant
(see Section 6.2 "Configuring 
Bluetooth Settings for the Sunny 
WebBox" (page 24)) and repeat 
the commissioning).
The connection to the
Bluetooth plant is too weak.
• Shorten the distance to the devices
or use an SMA Bluetooth Repeater 
in order to extend the radio range. 
Repeat the commissioning 
(see page 23).
There are already four 
masters connected to the 
Bluetooth plant.
• Remove a master and repeat the
commissioning (see page 23).
There are already two 
participants connected to the 
device through which you 
want to set up a connection 
to the Bluetooth plant.
• Change the position of the
Sunny WebBox in order to set up a 
connection via another device in the 
plant or remove one master from the
