Keel Roller:

Mount a 8” keel roller bracket to the front crossmember using
two (2) 1/2” X 1-1/4” hex bolts with 1/2” pyramidal lock
washers and 1/2” hex nuts. Mount the other 8” keel roller
bracket to the middle crossmember using two (2) 1/2” X 3”
hex bolts with pyramidal lock washers and securing with 1/2”
lock washers and 1/2” hex nuts. Refer to the parts drawing
for proper placement.

Mount the 8” roller to the keel roller brackets using a 5/8”
roller pin and secure with two (2) bull rings.

Rear Pivot:

Insert the rear pivot between the side frames of the trailer
just behind the spring bracket location. Secure the rear pivot
to the frame using two (2) 1/2” X 3-1/4” hex bolts with a 1/2”
flat washer at the head of the bolt and tighten with 1/2” flange
lock nuts. Do not over tighten - the rear pivot must pivot.

Insert a 3/8” X 1” hex bolt into the lower offset hole on the
ends of rear pivot. Secure with 3/8” flange lock nuts. This
3/8” X 1” hex bolt serves as a stop for the rear pivot.

Roller:

NOTE: The 4-roller assembly slides inside the u-bolts and
the rear pivot. Mount the two (2) 3/8” X 2-7/16” X 4” square
u-bolts over the rear pivot and into the roller arm mounting
bracket. Before securing with 3/8” flange lock nuts,
determine a location that best fits your water craft.
