Front Keel Roller:
Mount the 8” keel roller assembly to the front crossmember
using two (2) 1/2” X 1-1/4” hex bolts, two (2) 1/2” pyramidal
lock washers, two (2) 1/2” flat washers and two (2) 1/2” hex
finish nuts. Refer to the parts drawing for placement.
Bunks:
Mount the right and left fishing series bunk brackets to the
rear crossmember (in a location that would best fits your
water craft) using 3/8” X 3-7/16” X 2-1/2” square u-bolts, 3/8”
medium lock washers and 3/8” hex finish nuts. Mount the
bunk to the fishing series bunk brackets using 3/8” X 1” hex
bolts and 3/8” flange lock nuts. NOTE: Do not over tighten -
bunks must be able to pivot from side to side so that the hull
of the water craft will conform to the bunks.
