GPI / RS-422 B
GPI I/O section
The rear panel connector on a 26-pin D-SUB
provides:
• 6 GPI: 4 to recall user-configurable
presets and 2 for input selection.
• 6 GPO: output tallies for the selected
user preset and the input selection.
GPI and GPO are both contact closure to
ground, except GPI 1 and GPI 5 which can
also trigger events on contact release.
