Configuring a security zone
Configuration task list
Select Device Management > Zone from the navigation tree to enter the security zone management
page.

Creating a security zone
Optional
By default, the following security zones are available on the virtual
root firewall: Management, Local, Trust, DMZ and Untrust.
Adding interfaces to a security zone
Required
Add interfaces (including physical interfaces, Layer 3 and Layer 2
sub-interfaces, VLAN interfaces, and Layer 2 Ethernet interface +
VLAN) to the created security zone; the interfaces and the VLANs
must be on the same virtual firewall as the security zone.
Creating a security zone
1. Select Device Management > Zone from the navigation tree.
2. Click Add to enter the page for creating a security zone.
