Apply the change by clicking the Apply button, and you also need to click the
Apply Change to tack affect. The display is as figure 3.7.

After you have created the office profile (e.g. Office ID: 4), it created a user
group item automatically in the group as figure 3.8 (User Group ID: 4).

Note: The office user group ID must different from the ID created in the
group. Also the User Group ID build by the Office Profile can’t be
deleted and it only uses the system build-in service.
