Getting the Best Technical Support
For the best customer support experience, please gather the following
information before making your call:
• Complete model name and model number of your video eyewear.
Vuzix manufactures many models of video eyewear and several may share
parts of their model name, such as “Wrap” or a number like “920”. Though
they may share some common name content, they can be very different in
feature and capabilities.
• Make and model of the audio/video device being used with the
eyewear.
Vuzix manufacture eyewear for hundreds of different computers, mobiles
and other audio/video devices. Though you may associate the eyewear with
your make and model of device, we need to know what that is in order to
provide you with prompt and effective assistance.
