Eyewear Care
& Support
The STAR 1200 is generally maintenance free. Occasionally it may require a
little cleaning and possibly technical support.
Cleaning
Your Wrap eyewear is virtually maintenance free, requiring only occasional
cleaning with a soft microfiber cloth. Do not spray cleaners onto the
eyewear or any of its components or immerse them in water. If required,
spray a small amount of optical lens cleaner on a microfiber cloth and use
that to clean stubborn marks or oily film.
Never use solvents, abrasive cleaners or paper towel on your eyewear.
These items will damage the lens coatings, permanently degrading the
eyewear’s image quality.
Support Services
Technical Support
Support for Vuzix products is offered through facilities in the region in
which the product was purchased. In some cases this may mean that the
Vuzix regional office closest to you does not provide support services for
product purchased elsewhere. As an example, if you are located in the
United Kingdom but purchased Vuzix eyewear through an online vendor
located in the US, support is provided by our US region, not our UK
distribution or technical support team.
