Model 301 Tube Squaring Machine

INSTALLING THE QL
Prepare the Model 301 for installation with the QL Kit.
Disconnect the Model 301 from its power source.
Remove the Knurled Nut from the end of the Model 301 Beveling Head Assembly.
The Knurled Nut will not be used in the QL operation, however, it is recommended to
retain the Knurled Nut for future use.

INSTALLING THE QL KIT ONTO THE MODEL 301
Screw the QL Collet Clamping Assy onto the end of the Model 301 Tube Squaring
Machine until one thread of the Model 301 protrudes from the opposite end of the
Collet Clamping Assembly.
Tighten the Locking Screw to secure the QL Clamp Kit onto the front of the Model
301.
