Wall Processing

The screens shown on this page are samples from the N8000 Series of controllers. Using an N8000, for example, you can
create 4k or larger pixel-per-pixel video walls with spanning capability by using one Windowing Processor and one decoder
(N1000 Series unit) per panel. One encoder per live video feed allows multiple windows to be spanned and placed anywhere
on a video wall.

Video Wall Setup

The screen below shows the Video Wall Setup menu. This screen allows you to add, arrange, and resize video sources on an
SVSi video wall by dragging and dropping windows on a desktop. The internal logic handles cropping and zooming across the
wall boundaries automatically. Also, there are no limits to the size of the wall or how large a window can grow.

Configuration Choices
You can access and control your Window Processor several different ways.
• Using N-Able. The free N-Able software that you used earlier to discover your device offers full control and switching for

your unit.

Using an optional SVSi N8001 or N8002 Controller unit. These units offer integrated web-based configuration and switch-

ing.

Using your browser. A web server is built into the N1510 and can be accessed directly by typing the unit’s IP address into

your web browser. The N1510 ships from the factory with an auto-IP address in the 169.254.xxx.xxx range. This auto-IP
address is discoverable from any of SVSi’s control options (N-Able, N8001, or N8002).

When you reach the login screen, enter admin and password for the default username and password (change these later
under Unit Settings). This brings up the page below. Click Arrangement, Crop/Pan/Zoom, or Unit Settings to access the full
functionality of the N1510. Click the ? in the upper-right of the screen to access the unit’s Help menu.

Note: Full control and switching of the N1510 are achieved only when using N-Able or the built-in web browser.
