8. Using a Phillips screwdriver and the supplied screw, fasten the Rear Module panel to

the DFR-8300 series frame back plane. Do not over tighten.

9. Install the rear module label (supplied with each card).

10. Ensure proper frame cooling and ventilation by having all rear frame slots covered

with Rear Modules or blank metal plates.

This completes the procedure for installing a Rear Module Rear Module in a DFR-8300 series frame.
