Service notes
If the circulating pump is replaced or the plate heat exchanger must be removed for
cleaning purposes, it is possible to do so without first emptying the buffer tank if you
proceed as follows:
1. Check whether the gravity brake (1) is
set to AUTO (see figure below)
2. Close the upper ball valve (2).
3. Set the mixing valve (3) to 20 °C.
4. If necessary, cool the sensors of the
mixing valve (4) to temperatures < 20
°C (e.g. in the water glass).
5. The circulating pump and/or plate
heat exchanger can be removed.
Water losses will only take place in
the components and in the piping.
