It must be ensured that hot

surfaces are protected against
accidental contact.

It must be verified that the

electrical wiring of the units has
been carried out in compliance
with the applicable directives
and standards using the sup-
plied wiring diagrams.

The fan space as well as the

inlet and outlet area must be
checked for the presence of
foreign bodies.

The fan must be checked for

smooth operation.

Switch on the power to the

control unit (accessory) and

Commissioning

Draining if there is a risk of
frost

It is not possible to statically drain
the fin heat exchanger completely
in an installed condition.
If necessary, draining is only possi-
ble using compressed air.

Important information about frost
protection

To prevent frost damage, anti-frost
protection must be provided at
temperatures below 0°C.

Where systems in rooms at risk
from frost are not used for ex-
tended periods, under no circum-
stances must “only” water be
present in the heat exchanger.

In such cases, a suitable antifreeze
agent must be added to the hea-
ting medium (water) in a mixing
ratio that is adequate for the place
of use.
The hydraulic capacity loss must
also be taken into account.

It should be noted that when

using a speed control (acces-
sory) the power of the control
unit must correspond to the
total power of the connected
motors.

It must be ensured that all air

inlets and outlets are open.

ATTENTION

Frost damage to the fin heat
exchanger does not fall under
the warranty!

part of the housing (horizontal
blowing or suction) can be adju-

lation has been carried out in
