7.1-channel (Front height speaker) connection
For 7.1-channel (Front height speaker) playback, set “Amp Assign” in “Set up speakers” (vpage 34) to
“Normal”.
6.1-channel (Surround back speaker) connection
If a single surround back speaker is to be used (with a 6.1-channel connection), connect it to the “L”
terminals of the SURR. BACK/SPEAKER C terminal.
For speaker settings in this case, see “When 6.1ch (Surround back speaker) installed” (vpage 31).
For 6.1-channel (Surround back speaker) playback, set “Amp Assign” in “Set up speakers” (vpage 34) to
“Normal”.
