The background changes color, and the channel levels shown are the values of the
submaster, not stage levels.
In Preview mode, all the channel selection methods (faders, touch screen, channel
dialog) can be used to change submaster channel levels.
Clicking 'save' will update the submaster channel values.
Another submaster can be previewed, or click 'exit' to return to Submaster Run screen.
