Using the LPX Series Offline Editor
The Offline Editor is a PC Based control platform that enables the user to configure show
files for the LPX-24 & LPX-48 control consoles. Although the program was designed for
use on the LPX-48 the show can be configured for use on the X24 granted the show data
is within the capacities of the console.
System Requirements:
-PC compatible system running Windows based operating system
-Version 3 or later software
-Mouse/Trackball & keyboard
-3.5” Floppy Drive
The Offline Editor functions the same as the console with the following exceptions:
Selecting scenes in Record & Edit Modes
- F1 – F12 on the keyboard are used in place of the Playback Select buttons on the
console.
- The ` key on the keyboard (next to the function keys) is used in place of the Stack
Select button on the console.
Setting dimmer levels in the Conventional Programmer
- In Record Mode data is entered using the Keypad Input, the radio button is located in
the upper left hand of the screen.
- The following keyboard commands can be used in place of the hard keys on the
console.
- Thru = T
- Except = E
- And= A
- Level= L
Choosing the A or B Universe when softpatching conventional channels.
- Choose the D key on the keyboard.
