Selecting the type of
laundry
Select one of the following programmes
according to the type of laundry:
COTTON: If your washing load is
composed of
WHITE ,
COTTON or COLOUREDS .
SYNTHETIC: If your washing load is
composed of
RESISTANT
SYNTHETICS or MIXED
FIBRES .
WOOL: If your washing load is
composed of
DELICATE
SYNTHETICS ,
M ACHINE-WASHABLE
"WOOLMARK" WOOLS
and "MACHINE-
WASHABLE WOOLS" ,
according to the labels
on the woollens.
Also refer to the programme examples
on page 15.
Selecting the temperature
Select the most appropriate temperature
for the clothes to be washed. Follow
the washing recommendations given
on labels attached to most articles.
COTTON : from Cold to 90°C
SYNTHETIC : from Cold to 60°C
WOOL Woolmark : 40°C
WOOL : from Cold to 30°C
Selecting the spinning speed
Select a spinning speed appropriate to
the type of clothes.
COTTON :
from 500 rpm to maximum speed
SYNTHETIC & WOOL :
from 300 rpm to 600 rpm
Notes:
- Different spinning phases may take
place automatically at the end of each
rinse to eliminate detergent.
- In the "COTTON” and ”SYNTHETIC"
programmes, the final spinning takes
place in two stages to reduce creasing.
