Side Burner Assembly Instructions
Roasting Hood Assembly Instructions
1. Remove Parts From Packaging With Care
Carefully remove parts from packaging. Handle all
components carefully and take care not to drop
any components, this could permanently mark the
stainless steel.
Note: Stainless Steel Model - Remove all plastic film
completely from each panel.
2. Fit Handle
Attach one handle end cap to the hood using two (M6
x 16mm) bolts and M6 fibre washers. Fit the stainless
steel handle to the hood by inserting it into one end
cap and then, attaching the second end cap. See Fig 2
3. Fit Temperature Gauge To Hood Top
Attach and fasten the temperature gauge (7) to the
front of the hood top section using the bezel ring (9),
and nut (8). See Fig 3
4. Assemble The Hood Top And Base
First place the hood base section on a clean, level
surface. Then fit the Hood Top in the upright position
and place on top of the hood base section. Ensure that
the Hood Top does not slip off during this stage. Line
up the holes at the sides of the Hood Top and Hood
Base section. See Fig 4.
Fit the Pivot Spacer (b) to each side of the hood. Fit
the spacer between the sides of the Hood Top and
Hood Base Sections. The spacer must fit with the small
flange facing inwards - to the middle of the hood. Fit
the outer- cup washer (c) to the M6 x 30mm screw (a)
then locate the fit the screw through the pivot hole in
the side of the Hood Top, Pivot Spacer and Hood Base
Section. Then fasten firmly with the inner flat washer
(d) and M6 nut (e). See Fig 4A and 4B. (next page)
Press Stopper into hole then twist
