Chapter : Hardware Installation
Note: Prior to hardware installation, the driver must be installed on your
PC system (see chapter 1).
1. Turn off your computer power and unplug the power cord.
2. Remove the computer cover and the slot bracket of an available PCIe slot.
3. Carefully align the card to the selected slot and insert the card down firmly, but gently
until it is well seated. Fix the slot bracket with a holding screw to secure the card.
4. Connect the card with available power plug.
5. Replace the computer cover and reconnect the power.
Turn your computer on again. The new hardware will be found and the drivers will
automatically be installed.
6. Connect your hard drive to the USB 3.0 Controller PCI Express now to enjoy maximum
performance of your drive.
