Data Acquisition
After the INCU is configured for data acquisition,
Ready
will be displayed.
Disconnect the INCU from the PC and place it into an incubator or infant
radiant warmer under test as described in Chapter 3. When properly
configured and positioned, the INCU is ready for data acquisition.

3. The sensor number that is displayed flashes to
indicate that the measured values have been
recorded.
4. Press this key a second time to pause (to allow
time for adjustment, for example). During this
pause phase, the channel number stops
flashing.
5. Press this key a third time to resume
recording. There is no limit to the number of
interruptions possible.
Start/Pause Key
1. Press this key for approximately 1 second to begin
recording. This function is only active once the
INCU has been connected to a PC and a
measurement cycle has been initialized.
2. A second display line appears (see Figure 4-3)
with the following information:
•
Measurements that have already elapsed
•
Total measurements
•
The number of events recorded
(maximum 5).
