Reports
Reports allows you to

view and manage a list of unacknowledged events.

view a list of open events.

search for specific events based on various criteria.
To acknowledge an event, click its entry to open a page containing detailed information about the event. (You can
also open this page from the event list on the Dashboard.) Enter any applicable comments and click Add Comment.
Then click Acknowledge Event.
