MAINTAINING THE DR POWERWAGON-PRO
Regular maintenance is the way to ensure the best performance and long life of your machine. Please
refer to this Manual and the Engine Owner's Manual for maintenance procedures. Service intervals
listed in the checklist below supercede those listed in the Engine Owner's Manual.
Regular Maintenance Checklist
NOTE: Consider that the service intervals shown as maximum under normal operating conditions. Increase the
frequencies under extremely dirty or dusty conditions.
Procedure Before Each Use Every 25 Hours Every 100 Hours
Check Operator Presence Lever S
Check Engine Oil Level S
Check General Equipment Condition S
Lubricate Grease Fittings S
Check Tire Pressure S
Clean Air Filter & Precleaner S
Change Engine Oil 1 st time 5 hours S
Check Parking Brake Adjustment S
Check Belt Tension & Condition S
Check Cable Connections S
Clean Engine Exterior & Cooling Fins S
Replace Spark Plug S
Replace Air Filter & Precleaner S
SOME OF THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES REQUIRE ACCESS TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE MACHINE. IF
YOU NEED TO TIP THE MACHINE BACK OR ON ITS SIDE, YOU MUST FIRST DISCONNECT THE SPARK
PLUG WIRE, DRAIN THE OIL AND GAS, AND REMOVE THE AIR FILTER AND PRECLEANER.
