NOTE: After you perform the adjustment, make sure that the Key remained in the Rotor Shaft and flush with
the end surface of the Shaft (Figure 13 on page 32).
c) Apply Loctite ® 243 to the threads of the Set Screws and reinsert them into the Drive Pulley Hub.
d) Tighten the Set Screws while maintaining the alignment of the Clutch and Rotor Pulley (Figure 12).
e) Recheck the alignment after tightening the Set Screws.
6. Reinstall the Belt Guard.
NOTE: Check and re-tighten the Drive Belt, if necessary, after an initial break-in period of one (1) hour.
