2.3.3 Recessed Mount

Refer to Section 3 for information on connecting power and signal to the sign.
1. Determine the location for the display.
2. From Drawing A-95847, determine the size of the opening required for your sign,
i.e. a G-100-3-7x160-2.1 model display would require an opening 53 ½ inches
wide by 18.05 inches tall.
3. Cut the opening for the display. For adequate ventilation of the sign, the opening
must be at least 3 ¼ inches deep.
4. Remove the face panel from the sign as described in Section 4.1. The pre-drilled
holes in the mounting channel (on the rear side of the display) will now be visible.
5. Position the display in the opening.
6. Attach the display to the wall using the pre-drilled holes (refer to Drawing A-
95847). Additional holes may be drilled to ensure adequate support.
7. Attach the face panel and power up the display.
