COMPUTER OPERATION


P-7 Hills

The Hills program uses a 3 ½ minute core in which the incline and resistance both increase over the first 2 ½ minutes, followed by
a one-minute reduction in incline and resistance. The reduced workload simulates reaching the top of the hill. The climb is then
repeated.
