COMPUTER OPERATION
P-5 Cardio
The Cardio program is designed for experienced users that desire a high intensity cardiovascular training experience. The 2-minute
work interval with high resistance ensures that the aerobic energy system is completely taxed, while the subsequent 2-minute
recovery interval enables a repeat at the higher work rate. Additionally, a higher incline level is used during the recovery interval to
discourage blood pooling ensuring more complete recovery.
