Separate the bottom framework piece from the top 6.

holes on the sides.
Position the bottom framework piece on top of the

hood. Slide the studs on the top of the hood into the
holes on the bottom of the framework piece. The cut-
outs for the wiring allow the bottom framework piece
to fit on only one way. If it does not fit properly, turn it
180° so that the cut-outs line up. Make sure all wiring is
tucked inside the framework piece and are not pinched.
Use eight provided lock washers and nuts to secure the 8.
bottom framework piece to the top of the hood.

Attach the hood junction box to the rim of the bottom 9.

Attach the external motor terminal block to the rim of 10.
