To get the media stream invert setting value, include flip、mirror..

[out] Receive the media stream flip setting value.
bMirror
[out] Receive the media stream mirror setting value.
Returned Values
If the action succeeds, the returned value is E_FUNC_SUCCEED . If the action fails, possible returned values are
E_FUNC_ERROR .
