The first block of the ‘Detailed Data’ tab is a
Preferred Timing block. The corresponding type
can’t be changed.
It contains the whole description of the first
preferred format
Describes the audio capabilities of the device.
Only available in version 3 of CEA-861
Add video descriptors from CEA-861.
Native means “Present in one of the blocks
of the Detailed Data tab”.
Only available in version 3 of CEA-861
Create additional blocks containing vendor
specific information.
Only available in version 3 of CEA-861
Global declaration of monitor
capabilities. Only available in versions
2 and 3 of CEA-861
Select the CEA-861
Extension Version
Create additional Timing blocks if
necessary. Supported by all versions
The type of the blocks 2 to 4 can be
selected amongst the following list:
- Preferred Timing Block
- Display Product Serial Number
- Alphanumeric Data String
- Display Range Limits
- Display Product Name
- Color Point Data
- Standard Timing Identifications
- Display Color Management (1.4)
- CVT Timing Codes (1.4)
- Established Timings III (1.4)

different properties must be set
