3.3 Main Menu (Root Admin User Only)
The main Setup page displays the directory of configuration options and tools.
Available to the root admin user (identified on “User Account” option) who has
authority to make changes to the encoder as well as define other view only users.
This person will be able to view the entire menu of options as shown on the screen
shot below.
