 Clean the device only with a soft damp cloth.

Problem Solution
The device is not turning on.
Check if the plug is inserted firmly into
the outlet.
The device is not responding well.
Remove the plug from the outlet for at
least 5 minutes.
Settings or options are suddenly
cancelled. For settings and options there is a time
limit. Repeat the steps.
Radio stations can barely be heard
because of noise or cannot be received. Completely extend the wire antenna.
Move the wire antenna.
