Using the Over the Air Recovery Mode
Recovery mode is used to restore ResponseCard NXTs with black screens.
1 Place a check in the box next to Recovery Mode.
2 Click Start Update.
3 Remove the batteries from the ResponseCard NXT.
4 Press and hold the five (5) button while reinserting the batteries.
5 Release the five (5) button after the batteries are securely reinserted.
The ResponseCard NXT will restart updating in recovery mode.
6 Repeat steps 3-5 for any additional ResponseCard NXTs.
7 Click Stop after all ResponseCard NXTs have completed updating.
