HDR Firmware Update Procedure
(This update will not delete any Cal, CFG or saved data)
To get the firmware file, contact Heath Consultants Inc. tech support.
1.
Go to the “Tools” column / Select: “Update Instrument Program”.
2. At the “Warning” screen, select “YES”.
3. Enter YOUR User Name (Min 3 digits/ Your initials or first name will work).
4.
Select “Load” (
Do not change the selection -
“Firmware W/O Cfg & Cal”).This will save ALL Calibration.
5. Select the “Hex” file: (MeterHexHDR403.a43).
6. Select “Open” to “Load” the firmware file (MeterHexHDR403.a43).
7. Watch & wait: The program will show
“addresses” and “bytes written” while programming the firmware.
8.
Select “Warm Start” to get back to normal operation (This will save ALL data stored). S elect “Cold Start”
to erase all historical recorded data & logs.
9. Exit to normal operation.
10.
Reset the Time- clock in the “Config” column. (Make sure the DATE is correct in Display 1).
