edition, Amino Acid method. The reaction between phosphorus and reagents
causes a blue tint in the sample.

MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE
Note: for sample preparation follow the NUTRIENTS SOLUTION (HR) procedure at page 21.
• Select the
Phosphorus HR method using the procedure described
in the
Method Selection section (see page 12).
• Fill the cuvette with 10 mL of unreacted sample (up to the
mark) and replace the cap.
• Place the cuvette into the holder and close the lid.
• Press the Zero key. The display will show “-0.0-” when the meter is zeroed and ready for measurement.
• Remove the cuvette.
• Add 10 drops of HI 937O6A-0 Molybdate reagent.
