5.2 Fiber Optic Cable Requirements

Both the Sender HR-731-S and the Receiver HR-

multi-mode fiber-optic cable. The extender is not
compatible with single-mode cables. Multi-mode

cables are generally available in OM1, OM2, or

OM3 constructions. The OM3 cables are best

suited for max transmission lengths and are recommended for this product.
