Solving Common Problems
Before calling EXFO’s technical support, please read the following
common problems that can occur and their respective solution.

Connection is lost
Incorrect cable

Use only one active

Internet connection

Check autonegotiation

No Telnet Connection
Loopback mode is on,

Turn off Loopback mode
and check cable
