Differential input mode for general purpose input channels
AI channels 4 to 7 are designed for connecting to ground-refer-
enced or floating sources in differential mode.
The differential input mode provides two inputs that respond to sig-
nal voltage difference between them. If the signal source is
ground-referenced, the differential mode can be used for the com-
mon-mode noise rejection. Figure 3-7 presents an example of
ground-referenced signal source connections under differential
input mode.
