Clutch Shaft Belt Replacement
1. Remove transaxle belt (Figure 8).
2. Remove clutch shaft idler spring from frame.
3. Remove belt from engine sheave.
4. Remove belt from clutch sheave.
5. Install new belt in reverse order, checking for belt
alignment and clearance.
5. Connect clutch Idler spring to frame.
6. Reinstall transaxle belt.
L ubrication
Apply a small amount of oil to the pivot points as
required for smooth and proper operation.
Grease the fittings on the front wheel spindles, the idler
arms, and the steering controls every 50 hours of
operation (Figures 8 and 9).
Apply astenMIx Hl-Temp Grease or equivalent to the
lube fittings. Order P/N: 00036800 - Three pack of 3
oz. cartridges or 00036700 - Ten pack of 14 oz.
cartridges.
