Bent or blunt needle
Tensions too tight
Dull needle
Stitch length too long
Correction
Refer to threading instructions see page No.
9 and rethread machine.
Loosen tension on upper thread by^tuming^
thread tension knob to lower number.
Always start sewing with take up lever in
highest position.
Refer to needle setting instructions see page
Try a new needle.
Discard all blunt or bent needles and replace
witn new.
See tensions adjustment page No. 11.
Change needle.
Reduce stitch length.
