THROAT PLATE
Removal and Replacement
To remove the throat plate
Raise needle bar and presser foot.
Open slide plate.
Place thumb under right front end
of throat platje and raise until clamp­
ing pin lifts up.
Draw plate toward right to disen­
gage.
To replace the throat plate
Position fork of plate under clamp­
ing pin as shown above.
Push to left and press down until
plate snaps into position.
Close slide plate.
