2. Always turn hood ON when cookii^ at high heat.
3. Use high range setcii^ on range only when necessary. Heat

5. Always use cookware and utensils appropriate for the type

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF INJURY TO PERSONS CM THE EVENT
OF A RANGE TOP GREASE FIRE. OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:*
1. SMOTHER FLAMES with a close-fitting lid, cookie sheet, or
metal tray, then turn off the burner. BE CAREFUL TO F№
VENT BURNS. If the flames do not go out immediately,
EVACUATE AND CALL THE FERE DEPARTMENT.
2. NEVER PICK UP A FLAMING FAN - You may be burned-

4. Use an extinguisher ONLY if:

matically shut off the motor if it becomes oveiheated. The
motor will restart when it cools down- If the motor contin­
ues to shut off and restart, have the hood serviced.
