Troubleshooting Guide
Error / Trouble Condition Cause Solution
Duplicate Zigbee Address
Two or more devices hold
identical Zigbee addresses.
Restart the network by changing the
PAN ID which will release a new
Zigbee address to the device and
power cycle the network.
Duplicate MAC Address
Two or more devices hold
identical MAC addresses. Make sure all devices have unique
MAC addresses.
Miscellaneous errors Too many devices
The Wireless Central Manager can
only hold up to 60 controller devices.
If more than 60 are required, install
an additional Wireless Central
Manager
Not communicating properly
Make sure all controller devices have
same PAN ID & Channel as
corresponding Wireless Central
Manager
