Start Export
This procedure shows you how to export a Standby Image, Lua script, or Firmware upgrade to the Room Controller. After a successful
export, the drop-down list shows a log of the steps of the export process. If there is a problem, the list identifies step where the
process failed (refer to Figure 5).
CAUTION:
ensure connecting cable is snugly plugged in both Room Controller and Device where Uploader VT8000 is
installed. If Device becomes unplugged during Export process, the Room Controller files can become corrupt. In this
condition, it may be necessary to contact Support for assistance to restore function of Room Controller.
1. Click
Export
to upload all files to Room Controller.
An error message shows in the drop-down list next to
Export if there are any
issues.

Clicking the question mark to the right of the Export log drop-down list opens the Help file. The Help is a PDF document summarizing
