Installation Instructions for
4 foot wide docks :
1. Determine location of receiver based on
accessories to be used with it.
2. Receiver must be located at a location allowing the
cross beam to span the underside of the dock and
meet up with the Cross Beam Mounting Plate on the
opposite side.
3. Position the clamp receiver (#1) on the lower
truss rail and secure in place with 3/8" x 1-1/2”
bolts (#9). See exhibit 2.
4. On the dock side opposite of the receiver, secure
cross beam mounting plate to lower truss rail with
3/8" x 1-1/2 bolts (#9). See exhibit 3.
5. With the help of an assistant attach the cross beam
(#6) to the receiver (#1) and cross beam mounting
plate (#5) using 2 each of the 3/8" x 1" bolts (#8)
and flat washers (#7) on each side.
6. For Dock Side Accessories requiring two receivers,
the bolts securing the receiver and cross beam
mounting plate to lower truss rail may need to be
loosened to allow proper alignment and insertion of
accessory support tubes.
7. Inspect and tighten all bolts after Dock Sides
Accessory has been installed.
