Sharing to SoundCloud
From
the
Session
View,
select
share.
You
can
only
share
a
performance
recording,
so
make
sure
you
have
one
recorded
first.
You
will
need
an
internet
connection
to
transfer
your
recording.
SoundCloud
is
a
3
rd
party internet service. Visit
www.soundcloud.com
to find out more. You will also need a
SoundCloud
account.
At
the
time
of
this
writing,
SoundCloud
offers
excellent
free
accounts.
And
that’s
all
you
should
need
to
share
with
your
friends
on
Facebook,
Twitter,
etc.
This
is
also
how
you
can
enter
future
TC-‐Helicon
competitions
to
win
prizes
so
we
suggest
you
get
to
know
this
feature.
From
the
Upload
To
SoundCloud
view,
you
can
name
your
track
as
it
will
appear
in
SoundCloud.
Then
you
must
log
in.
You
will
be
directed
to
an
Apple
Safari
browser
where
you
must
enter
your
credentials
or
create
a
new
SoundCloud
account.
You
should
automatically
be
returned
to
VoiceJam
when
you
finish,
but
if
not
simply
re-‐launch
the
VoiceJam
after
you’ve
signed
in.
After
you
have
logged
in,
you
can
simply
press
upload
and
after
a
short
while
(longer
if
you
have
a
slow
internet
connection
or
if
your
performance
is
very
long)
the
progress
bar
will
eventually
fill
up
and
your
track
will
appear
on
SoundCloud.
From
SoundCloud
it’s
extremely
easy
to
link
your
performances
on
Facebook
etc.
You
can
also
choose
“high
definition
upload”.
This
will
upload
your
recording
uncompressed,
meaning
it
will
take
a
lot
longer
to
upload
but
will
sound
slightly
better
once
uploaded.
We
recommend
the
regular
upload
setting
because
the
compression
sounds
find
and
reduces
upload
time
and
bandwidth
significantly.
Shots Mode
Touching
the
drum
icon
at
the
bottom
right
toggles
shots
mode.
You’ll
know
you’re
in
shots
mode
when
there
is
a
green
bar
underlining
the
drum
icon,
and
the
waveform
and
play
icons
also
turn
green.
This
mode
is
really
fun.
Now
when
you
tap
on
a
loop’s
play
icon,
it
will
be
instantly
triggered.
Not
only
that,
you
can
tap
anywhere
around
the
waveform
and
the
loop
will
be
instantly
triggered
from
that
point.
To
top
it
all
off,
you
can
drag
your
finger
around
the
green
waveform
and
you’ll
“scrub”
the
audio.
Try
it
out.
