27. Place the searing burner in to the firebox, con-
nect the flex line and then connect the igniter wire.
(See Fig. 7 on page 3)
28. Push the searing burner in position, connect the,
secure the burner with the screws removed in step
5-6. (See Fig. 5-6 on page 2)
29.Reinstall burners into the grill body. Line up the
burners with the valves on the manifold, making
sure they are level. (See Fig. 20)
30. Connect the igniter wires to the igniter. (See Fig.
10 on page 3)
31. Use the screws removed in step 4 to secure the
rear heat shield and burners in place. (See Fig. 4 on
page 2)
32. At this point of the conversion, a leak test should
be performed on all fittings. See Use and Care
manual for leak testing procedure.
33. Proceed with reattaching the front heat shield.
(See Fig. 8 and 9 on page 3)
34. Reinstall the flavor grids. (See Fig. 3 on page 2)
35. Reinstall the cooking grates
