Be sure gas supply is off, the knobs are in the off
position and the grill is cool.
1. Use a 3/4” wrench disconnect the hose from the
side burner valve and pull the hose back into the cart.
(See Fig. 1)
2. Use a 3/4” wrench disconnect the other hose from
the manifold.(See Fig. 2)
3. Remove cooking grates and flavor grids.
(See Fig. 3)
4. Using a 1/4” socket remove the (3) screws
holding the rear heat shield and burners in place.
(See Fig. 4)
5. Remove the screw holding the front searing burner
mounting bracket to the front heat shield.
(See Fig. 5)
6. Remove the screw holding the rear searing burner
mounting bracket to the burner support.
(See Fig. 6)

Phillips head screwdriver
3/4” wrench
1/4” wrench or socket
Adjustable wrench
