Select the Setup button.
Select Sensor Setup.
Select each sensor position and verify that the height reading
matches the measured distance.
The reading can be changed by selecting the reading and
entering the appropriate height.
3. Using the NORAC Verification Tool to log data, perform the following:
a) Save all settings.
b) Step Test - Manually raise the right wing to 60 inches and lower the left wing to 20
inches. Place the system in Auto by pressing the “A”. Observe the wing response. The
entire wing should level out to the set height and should be stable.
c) Automatic Push Test – With the UC5 system in automatic exit the cab and push the
left boom toward the ground (Take care to keep yourself and others clear of the moving
boom). After a couple of seconds the boom should settle back into a level position and
remain stable.
4. If conditions permit, it is recommended that the sprayer is driven through some terrain in
Automatic mode to observe the boom and verify performance.
