2. Connect the 16-pin AMP plug on the

UC4 Power Cable (C10) to the UC4+
Control Panel in the sprayer cab.

3. Route C10to the rear cover from the

switch panel on the right hand side of
the cab. Remove the cover.

4. Trace the cable from the joystick to

locate a circular 23-pin Deutsch
connector.

5. Connect the “Tee” on C10 between

the sprayer connectors at this location.

6. Connect one end of the trunk cable

(C01) to the UC4+ Control Panel.

7. Route C04 and C01 to the outside of

the cab through the access hole located
in the rear right corner of cab floor.
The hole may be seen when the cover
from the switch panel is removed in
Step 3.

8. Connect the Power (White) and the

Ground (Black) wires of C10 to the
appropriate sprayer’s battery terminals.
Use a multimeter or test light to ensure
you are connecting to the correct
sprayer wires.

9. Connect the valve extension cable

(C04) to the 6-pin Tower connector on
C10.

The valve extension cable (C04)

may be packaged with one GP
end not installed. This is normal;
it helps installations for other
sprayer types. Pin this connector
on (connector included) as per
drawing in Section 5.5. TAKE
EXTRA CARE! These pins
require a special tool to remove
them if you make an error!

10. Route C04 and C01 to the rear of the

sprayer where the NORAC hydraulic
valves are located.
