Troubleshooting

Unit frozen/ Touch pad does not
respond
System overloaded
Remove left side screw cover and press
the Reset button.
No sound
Loose connection
Check connections between the unit and
speakers; reconnect.
Setup does not support audio
mode or speaker channel
selected
Check the audio mode and speaker
channel selected and make sure the setup
supports it.
No picture
Unit in incorrect mode Set unit to correct mode and retry.
Loose connection
Check connections between unit and TV;
reconnect.
Malfunctioning TV
Check TV with different inputs to verify it's
working properly. Repair or replace.
Disk does not play
Disk was loaded incorrectly
Remove disk and re-insert into unit label
side up.
Disk is damaged or dirty Clean or replace disk.
Wireless remote does not work
Interference between remote
and unit
Move obstacle and/or point remote
directly at the wireless remote sensor .
Remote battery is dead Replace/recharge battery.
